Hadi Tahan Nazif conveyed this information on Sunday, emphasizing that the disqualifications were predominantly linked to scientific conditions outlined in constitutional clauses.

In his statement, Tahan Nazif highlighted the approaching deadline for candidates to file appeals for their disqualifications, noting that Sunday marked the final day for such submissions.

He also hinted at the potential for a revised list of approved candidates for the upcoming parliamentary elections, underscoring that the Constitutional Council's investigations would continue until February 8.

Providing insights into the Council's actions, Tahan Nazif mentioned that the Council had already transmitted the names of qualified candidates to the Interior Ministry on two occasions.

Additionally, he asserted that, if necessary, the Constitutional Council stood ready to resend the list, demonstrating their commitment to ensuring a thorough and fair electoral process.
